1. On your keyboard, hold down Windows button + R.
3. On the next window , click Computer Configuration. Then on the right part of the window, double click on Administrative Templates.
4. Then double click on Network.
5. Next you will see a lists on the right part of it. Just scroll down and find QoS Packet Scheduler and double click on it.
6. After that , double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth as shown below.
7. And the last step is to set it Enabled and set the Bandwidth limit to 0 %. Hit OK . All Done.
